Once you’re comfortable with the estimate, we move forward with a detailed design and proposal. When you accept, a 10% deposit secures your spot and helps with permits or HOA approvals.

How long will the project take?

The design phase usually takes 3 days to 2 weeks, while HOA approvals can add 3-4 weeks. Installation varies based on scope, from just a few days to several weeks. We assign a dedicated crew, including a foreman, to stay on your project until it’s done.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes, we offer free onsite estimates or a convenient Zoom consultation.
